Unit price  per

Bring dedicated Class A amplification to your desktop with the Matrix Audio NA-1. Its discrete balanced circuitry and preamplifier outputs support both headphone listening and integration with active speakers or a separate power amplifier.

Key Features

  • Fully balanced Class A circuit – four independent amplification units reject common-mode interference, keeping noise and distortion low.
  • Layered construction – the preamp, linear power supply and filter capacitors sit on a lower board, the headphone stage on an upper one, separating voltage and current stages for less interference and better heat management.
  • Independent dual gain – headphone and preamp outputs each have their own gain switch, so high-impedance headphones and low-sensitivity amplifiers both get enough drive.
  • Three headphone outputs – 6.35 mm single-ended, 4.4 mm and 4-pin XLR balanced cover almost any cable you own.
  • High damping factor – generous power reserves keep large, dynamic passages under control.

Good to Know

With one balanced and two single-ended inputs, you can leave up to three sources connected at once. The XLR and RCA pre-outs make it easy to add a power amplifier or active speakers to the same desk system.
