Terms of service
This website, audiobass.co.uk, is operated by AUDIO BASS LTD, trading as Audio Bass. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to AUDIO BASS LTD. We are a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16772805, with our registered office at 5 Brayford Square, London, United Kingdom, E1 0SG.
Audio Bass offers this website, including the information, tools, products and services available through it, subject to these Terms of Service and the policies expressly referred to here. Our store offers audio equipment and related accessories, including headphones, speakers, DACs, headphone amplifiers and hi-fi components.
By visiting our site, using its features or purchasing a product from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”), to the extent they apply to your activity. These Terms apply to visitors, customers, account holders and contributors of content. Separate written arrangements may apply to suppliers or other business partners.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or placing an order. If you do not agree to the applicable Terms, you should not use the Service or place an order. You can save or print this page for your records. Nothing in these Terms takes away consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
New features and tools added to the store will also be subject to these Terms. We may update these Terms as explained in Section 19. The version applicable to an accepted order is the version in force when that order was accepted; later changes will not retrospectively change that purchase without your agreement or a legal requirement.
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online e-commerce platform that allows us to offer and sell our products. AUDIO BASS LTD is the seller responsible for purchases made from Audio Bass; Shopify's provision of the platform does not transfer our responsibilities as seller to Shopify.
Our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy provide additional information. Please read the relevant policies before purchasing. Mandatory consumer law prevails over any inconsistent provision in these Terms or those policies.
SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS
By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction and that any payment method you use is authorised. A parent or guardian who allows a minor to use the site is responsible for supervising that use; this does not give a minor contractual capacity where the law does not permit it.
You may not use our products or the Service for an illegal or unauthorised purpose, or violate applicable laws, including copyright, intellectual property and consumer protection laws.
You must not transmit worms, viruses, malware or code of a destructive nature, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with the security or operation of the site.
A serious or repeated breach may lead to restriction or termination of access, as explained in Section 16. Restricting website access does not remove our obligations concerning existing orders, refunds or other rights that remain enforceable under applicable law.
SECTION 2 - GENERAL CONDITIONS
We reserve the right to refuse access to the Service or decline an order for a lawful and legitimate reason, such as suspected fraud, misuse, a payment failure or a delivery restriction. We will not exercise this right arbitrarily or use it to avoid obligations relating to an accepted order.
Information supplied through the site may pass through different networks or be adapted to the technical requirements of connecting devices and services. We must handle personal information in accordance with applicable data protection law and our Privacy Policy. This paragraph is not permission to transmit sensitive personal or payment information insecurely.
Checkout and payment information must be transmitted through secure, encrypted connections. Payments are handled through the payment services made available at checkout. Do not send full payment-card details, passwords or security codes to customer support by email.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or commercially exploit protected portions of the Service or our content without permission, except where permitted by law. You may access the site for normal shopping purposes and save copies of your order details and these Terms.
Section headings are included for convenience and do not limit the meaning of these Terms.
SECTION 3 - ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
We take reasonable care to keep the information on our website accurate, complete and up to date, particularly product descriptions, prices, availability, delivery information and purchase conditions. If you notice an apparent error, please contact us so that we can investigate and correct it.
General buying guides, editorial content and product recommendations are provided to help you make an informed decision. They do not replace the specific description of the product ordered, agreed specifications or information that the law makes part of your contract.
Some content may contain historical information, including information about discontinued products or previous promotions. Historical information is provided for reference and should not be understood as a current offer unless expressly stated.
We may update website content as products and services change. This does not give us a right to withdraw an agreed product feature, alter an accepted order unilaterally, or avoid responsibility for a misleading statement.
If you need to confirm compatibility, included accessories, connection types, voltage, regional specifications or another feature before ordering, contact support@audiobass.co.uk with the exact product model and details of your existing equipment.
SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices and promotions may change for future purchases. The product price shown for the selected item and variant must remain consistent as you proceed to checkout, apart from a clearly disclosed discount. Delivery charges and applicable taxes are handled separately and must be explained before you confirm payment.
A price change does not retrospectively change the agreed price of an accepted order. If a genuine pricing error is identified, we will deal with it transparently as described in Section 11; we will not simply charge you a higher amount without your agreement.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue a website feature or stop offering a product. Where reasonably practicable, we will give notice of changes that materially affect customers.
Changes to the website or future availability do not cancel our responsibilities for accepted orders, lawful refunds, statutory guarantees or other accrued rights. Our liability for any change, suspension or discontinuance remains subject to Section 13 and applicable law.
SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES (if applicable)
Certain products may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. Returns, refunds and exchanges are handled under our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law; a policy cannot remove a statutory right.
We make reasonable efforts to display accurate product photographs, colours and specifications. Screen settings may affect how an image or colour appears, but this does not excuse supplying a materially different product or one that does not match its description.
The product page should identify the model, variant, condition, important specifications and included items. Accessories or equipment shown for illustration are included only where the product description says they are included.
We may apply reasonable quantity limits or geographical delivery restrictions for legitimate reasons. Any material restriction affecting a purchase must be disclosed before the customer completes the order. Offers are not available where their sale is prohibited by law.
Descriptions, prices and availability may be updated for future orders, and products may be discontinued. Such changes do not permit us to substitute a different item or alter an accepted order without your agreement.
We cannot promise that every product will match an individual's subjective listening preferences. However, products must meet the applicable legal requirements for quality, fitness for purpose and conformity with their description. Any manufacturer warranty is additional to, and does not replace, rights against us as seller.
SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We may decline an order before acceptance for a legitimate reason, including unavailable stock, unsuccessful payment authorisation, suspected fraud or an applicable delivery restriction. Any cancellation of an accepted order must have a lawful basis and respect your contractual and consumer rights.
Reasonable quantity limits may apply per person, household or order. Checks may consider orders using the same customer account, payment method or billing or shipping address. We will not use quantity restrictions as a reason to advertise products that customers cannot genuinely purchase on the stated terms.
If we cannot fulfil all or part of your order, we will contact you using the details you supplied. We will explain the issue and available options. We will not substitute a different product, impose a higher price or retain payment for goods we will not supply without a lawful basis.
Where an order or item is cancelled and a refund is due, we will return the relevant payment without undue delay and within any applicable legal deadline. We will not require you to accept store credit instead of a refund where the law entitles you to a monetary refund.
We may decline a wholesale or resale request where our retail offer does not cover that transaction, subject to applicable law. Any separate business arrangement must be agreed expressly.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, billing, shipping and account information. Please update relevant contact details promptly so that we can process your order and contact you if necessary. Update payment details only through the secure checkout or account functions provided for that purpose.
For further information about returns and refunds, review our Return & Refund Policy.
SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to optional third-party tools, applications or services that are not developed or operated by us. Examples may include external tools linked from the site or optional integrations.
These tools may be provided on an “as available” basis and may be subject to their providers' own terms and privacy notices. We do not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of a tool that is outside our reasonable control, and a link or integration does not by itself imply an endorsement.
Before using an optional third-party tool, please review its purpose, any charges, and the applicable provider terms. You should not use a tool if you do not agree to its terms.
Any limitation relating to optional tools applies only to the extent permitted by law. It does not release us from responsibility for our own actions or omissions, our handling of personal information, or the sale, payment and delivery obligations we owe you.
New services, features, tools and resources introduced through our website will also be subject to these Terms and any additional conditions clearly disclosed before use.
SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS
Certain content available through the Service may include third-party materials or links to websites that we do not operate. External websites may have different terms, security arrangements and privacy practices.
We do not control all material published on third-party websites and cannot guarantee its completeness or ongoing availability. Please review the relevant provider's policies before entering into a separate transaction on an external website.
Responsibility for an independent purchase made directly from another business generally rests with that business, subject to applicable law. This does not exclude liability for our own misleading statements or other matters for which we are legally responsible.
For a product purchased from Audio Bass, contact us about delivery, returns, faults or complaints, even if the product was manufactured by a third party. We will not require you to deal exclusively with a manufacturer where we remain responsible as the seller.
Product names, manufacturer names and trademarks identify the relevant products or their owners. Their appearance on our site does not by itself claim an official partnership, endorsement or authorised-dealer status.
SECTION 9 - USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS
If you send reviews, comments, photographs, suggestions, ideas, proposals or other materials to us, you confirm that you have the right to provide them and that they do not infringe the rights of another person. Please do not submit confidential information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.
For content you deliberately submit for public display, such as a product review, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and technically format that content for the purpose for which it was submitted. You retain ownership of your content. We will not edit a review in a way that changes its meaning or use private support correspondence as a public endorsement without an appropriate legal basis and any required consent.
Unless we separately agree otherwise, submitting an unsolicited idea does not require us to pay compensation, adopt the idea or provide a substantive response. This does not remove our duty to handle customer complaints, order enquiries or privacy requests as required by law.
We may moderate or remove content reasonably believed to be unlawful, threatening, abusive, fraudulent, defamatory, infringing, irrelevant or otherwise contrary to these Terms. An honest review will not be removed solely because it is negative.
Your submissions must not infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy, personality or other rights; contain malware; or use a false identity to mislead us or others. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must not fabricate a purchase or relationship with our business.
You remain responsible for the content you submit. Our responsibility for hosting or moderating user content remains subject to applicable law, and this section does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
SECTION 10 - PERSONAL INFORMATION
Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the website, orders and support are explained in our Privacy Policy.
Please review that policy for information about the purposes of processing, service providers, cookies and your rights. Where consent is required by law, acceptance of these Terms or general use of the site does not replace the separate consent required for that processing.
SECTION 11 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally, information on the site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges, delivery estimates or availability. We will investigate reported errors and correct material information as appropriate.
If a material error affects an order before acceptance, we will contact you with the corrected information and give you the choice of proceeding on the corrected terms or cancelling the affected purchase. If we cannot contact you or cannot lawfully fulfil the order, we will explain any cancellation and refund payment due.
After an order has been accepted, we will not use a general error clause to change the agreed price or essential product features unilaterally. Any proposed change, cancellation or other remedy must have a lawful basis and respect your rights.
Website prices, product availability and purchase conditions should accurately reflect what is offered. These Terms do not authorise misleading product listings, hidden charges or advertising products at prices that cannot actually be obtained.
An update date on a page does not mean every page on the site was reviewed on that date. Nevertheless, we remain responsible for updating material information where required and for complying with the law.
SECTION 12 - PROHIBITED USES
In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms of Service, you are prohibited from using the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet; (h) to collect or track the personal information of others; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.
SECTION 13 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We take reasonable care in operating the website, but cannot guarantee that every feature will always be uninterrupted, available, timely or error-free. Maintenance, technical failures and events outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect access. We will take reasonable steps to address material issues within our control.
General website tools and editorial resources are provided for their stated purposes. A limitation concerning website availability does not mean that products purchased from us are sold without the legal guarantees that apply to them.
In particular, we do not exclude requirements that goods be of satisfactory quality, fit for an agreed purpose, and as described, where those requirements apply. We do not exclude lawful rights to cancel, reject faulty goods, obtain repair or replacement, or receive a refund.
We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to exercise legally required care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for loss caused solely by your own unlawful conduct, to the extent permitted by law.
Where you buy as a consumer for personal use, we do not accept liability for business losses, such as lost business profits, revenue, opportunities or business interruption, except where the law requires otherwise. Separate written terms may be needed for a business purchase.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, a breach of rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded, or any other liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit.
These protections apply to AUDIO BASS LTD and, where relevant, its directors, employees, agents, contractors, suppliers and service providers only within the limits allowed by law. No general disclaimer overrides the express commitments we make about an accepted purchase.
SECTION 14 - INDEMNIFICATION
If your deliberate unlawful use of the Service, intentional infringement of a third party's rights or fraudulent conduct causes a third-party claim against us, we may seek compensation for direct, reasonably foreseeable loss that you are legally responsible for causing.
Any claim must be proportionate, supported by evidence and subject to applicable law. We must take reasonable steps to reduce avoidable losses. You are not required to indemnify us for our own negligence, breach of contract, unlawful conduct, or a matter for which you are not legally responsible.
This section does not impose an unrestricted duty on a consumer to defend us, pay all legal fees or cover every claim associated with using the website. Any recovery of costs must have a lawful basis or be agreed in a separate, fair and enforceable arrangement.
Where a third-party claim concerns content you submitted or misuse of the site, we may contact you for relevant information and a reasonable opportunity to respond. Nothing in this section limits your right to dispute liability or seek independent advice.
SECTION 15 - SEVERABILITY
If a provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, unfair, void or unenforceable, it will not bind you to the extent of that defect. The remaining provisions will continue to apply where the contract can lawfully and reasonably continue without the affected provision.
An invalid provision will not be interpreted or rewritten to reduce a consumer protection that the law requires. Nothing in this section prevents a court or regulator from applying the remedy required by applicable law.
SECTION 16 - TERMINATION
These Terms apply while you use the Service and, where relevant, to purchases and obligations that continue afterwards. You may stop using the site at any time. Closing an account does not by itself cancel an order; contact us about cancellation or returns using the applicable policy.
We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, prevent a security risk, comply with the law or respond to a serious or repeated breach. Where appropriate and reasonably practicable, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. Immediate action may be necessary where security or the law requires it.
Restrictions must be proportionate to the issue. Termination or suspension of website access does not automatically cancel an accepted order, forfeit money paid, or remove your rights relating to products already purchased.
Accrued obligations survive where applicable, including payment of sums lawfully due, fulfilment of accepted orders, refunds, privacy obligations and the handling of unresolved complaints. Any cancellation by us remains subject to applicable law.
SECTION 17 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, the applicable policies expressly referred to here, and the information forming part of your accepted order set out the agreement governing the relevant Service or purchase. They replace earlier general versions of these Terms for future transactions only.
Nothing in an “entire agreement” provision excludes information, promises or representations that the law treats as part of a consumer contract, or limits liability for fraud or misleading statements. A specific promise or product description forming part of your purchase is not removed by general wording elsewhere on the site.
A failure or delay by either party to enforce a right does not automatically waive that right. A waiver must not be assumed from a single occasion and does not affect other rights or later breaches.
If a consumer term is genuinely open to different meanings, it will be interpreted in the consumer's favour where the law requires. Mandatory consumer protection rules take priority over an inconsistent term or policy.
SECTION 18 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and purchases from AUDIO BASS LTD are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
If you are a consumer resident in another jurisdiction, this choice of law does not deprive you of protections that cannot be excluded under the law applicable to your purchase. It also does not remove any right you have to bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence where the law gives you that right.
The courts of England and Wales may hear disputes, but this is not an exclusive jurisdiction clause that prevents a consumer from using another competent court. Consumers in Scotland or Northern Ireland retain any right to bring proceedings in their local courts.
SECTION 19 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE
You can review the latest version of these Terms on this page. We may update them to reflect changes in our services, technology, operating practices or legal requirements. When we make an update, we will revise the “Last updated” date and provide additional notice where required.
Changes normally apply to future use of the site and future orders. They do not retrospectively remove rights, increase the price of an accepted order, shorten an existing return entitlement or change an existing contract without a lawful basis and any necessary agreement.
Please review the applicable Terms before placing a new order and keep a copy for your records. Continued use of a website does not by itself authorise a material change to an existing purchase contract or provide consent where the law requires a separate, express choice.
SECTION 20 - CONTACT INFORMATION
For questions about these Terms, our products or an order, please contact:

Contact form: Contact Audio Bass
Please include your order number, the email address used for the purchase and a clear description of the issue where relevant. Do not include full card details, passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information.
The registered office identifies the company for legal correspondence. It must not be assumed to be a warehouse, showroom, dispatch location or designated returns address. Return destinations and any related costs must be disclosed through our Return & Refund Policy; contact customer support for the instructions relevant to your order.
SECTION 21 - ORDER PROCESS AND PAYMENT
To place an order, select the product and variant, add it to your basket, review your details, choose an available delivery and payment option, and confirm payment. You can correct your basket and checkout details before submitting the order. Contact us promptly if you discover an error afterwards; changes may depend on the stage of fulfilment and your legal rights.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send an express confirmation accepting the order or dispatch the goods, whichever happens first. A message that only acknowledges receipt of an order or payment is not, by itself, acceptance. This does not allow us to keep payment for an order we decline or to disregard rights that applicable law gives you.
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. By choosing a method, you confirm that you are authorised to use it and authorise the stated payment. A provider's own terms may apply to that payment service, without replacing your contract with Audio Bass.
The currency, product price, delivery charge, applicable taxes and any other mandatory charges must be clear before you commit to pay. Optional extras require your agreement. Currency-conversion or payment fees charged independently by your bank or payment provider are governed by its terms and are not charges set by Audio Bass.
SECTION 22 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We offer free shipping within the United Kingdom only. The shipping charge for this service is 0. Delivery is available only to addresses in the United Kingdom; any specific delivery restrictions are disclosed before you place your order.
The estimated shipping transit time is 5–8 business days after dispatch. This is a transit estimate, rather than a guaranteed delivery date, unless a specific delivery commitment is expressly agreed with you.
Processing time and carrier transit time are distinct. The estimated transit period of 5–8 business days begins when the order is dispatched and does not describe the time needed to prepare it. Our Shipping Policy and the information provided before purchase explain order-processing arrangements, available destinations, tracking and delivery restrictions. Review these details before confirming your order.
We must disclose material delivery restrictions and any applicable purchase charges before you place your order. Our UK shipping service is free. Any applicable taxes must be shown as required by law before you confirm payment, and we will not ask for an undisclosed compulsory payment after you have placed the order.
Delivery estimates can be affected by carrier disruption or other events outside reasonable control. If a material delay arises, we will communicate the available information and any lawful options, including cancellation or refund where required. A delay does not automatically transfer responsibility for non-delivery to the customer.
Where UK consumer law applies, goods will be delivered within 30 days unless another period was agreed. Goods generally remain at our risk until received by you or a person you nominated, subject to any specific legal exception for a carrier you independently appoint.
Contact us about a missing, damaged, incorrect or undelivered order so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. A carrier's tracking scan is relevant evidence but does not, by itself, remove a legal right to challenge non-delivery.
SECTION 23 - RETURNS, REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS AND FAULTY GOODS
We accept return requests within 30 days from the date of delivery, including eligible change-of-mind returns. Contact support@audiobass.co.uk within this period to start a return. This commercial return window is additional to your statutory rights and does not shorten or replace them.
Our Return & Refund Policy explains the eligibility conditions, any lawful exceptions, how to start a return, the designated return destination, who pays return shipping, any permitted fees and the refund process and timeframe. These conditions must be available before purchase and applied consistently. Free outbound shipping does not, by itself, mean that change-of-mind return shipping is free; the applicable return-cost arrangements must be disclosed in that policy before purchase.
To request assistance, email support@audiobass.co.uk with your order number and relevant details. Contacting us for instructions helps route a return correctly. A requirement for prior approval or an RMA number does not override a statutory cancellation or remedy that does not legally depend on our approval.
Where the UK statutory cancellation right applies to a distance purchase of goods, you can normally cancel without giving a reason up to 14 days after the day you, or a person you nominate, receives the goods. You then normally have a further 14 days to return them after telling us. If goods from one order are delivered separately, the applicable period is determined by law.
For an eligible UK statutory cancellation, we refund the payments required by law, including the standard outbound delivery cost. Any premium above the least expensive standard delivery option need not be refunded. We refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the goods back or receiving evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. If no goods need to be returned or we have offered to collect them, the refund deadline is normally 14 days after you inform us of cancellation. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without a refund fee.
You bear the direct cost of a change-of-mind return only where this responsibility was properly disclosed before purchase and the law permits it. Any deduction for diminished value must reflect handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods' nature, characteristics and functioning, and must be legally justified. A blanket rule requiring unopened packaging does not remove a statutory inspection right.
Legal exceptions to a change-of-mind cancellation right may apply to genuinely personalised goods or certain sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons after unsealing. An exception must actually apply to the product and circumstances and be explained before purchase; it is not a general exclusion for all headphones, earphones or opened electronics.
Rights concerning faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed products are separate from a voluntary return window or change-of-mind cancellation right. Where UK law applies, a short-term right to reject faulty goods normally lasts 30 days, with further repair, replacement, price-reduction or final-rejection remedies as the law provides. Contact us promptly, but a request to report a problem quickly does not create an unlawful cut-off for these rights. We bear reasonable return costs where the law makes us responsible.
If you want to cancel before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible. We will try to stop fulfilment where feasible. Starting processing or dispatching a product does not, by itself, extinguish a statutory cancellation right. Any more generous commercial entitlement stated in the applicable policy or agreed with you remains available.
Optional model cancellation form
You may use the following form to notify us of a statutory cancellation, but using it is not compulsory. Any clear statement of your decision is sufficient. The address below is for sending a cancellation notice; it is not an instruction to send goods there.

I/We hereby give notice that I/we cancel my/our contract of sale of the following goods:

- Ordered on / received on:
- Name of consumer(s):
- Address of consumer(s):
- Signature of consumer(s), only if this form is sent on paper:
- Date:
Delete whichever wording does not apply to your notice.
SECTION 24 - PRODUCT CONDITION, COMPATIBILITY AND AVAILABILITY
Products must be described using their actual condition, model and variant. Used, refurbished, demonstration or open-box goods must not be represented as new. Any material limitation, missing accessory or regional specification affecting use must be clearly disclosed before purchase.
The availability shown for the selected product must reflect whether it can actually be ordered and delivered on the stated terms. An out-of-stock product must not be presented as immediately available. A preorder or backorder, if offered, must be clearly identified together with the expected availability or dispatch information before purchase.
Please check relevant connections, operating requirements, voltage, dimensions and device compatibility. Where you tell us before purchase that a product must meet a particular purpose and reasonably rely on our advice, any legal fitness-for-purpose obligation remains applicable.
A manufacturer's commercial warranty, where offered, is governed by its disclosed coverage, duration and territorial conditions. No reference to a manufacturer warranty implies worldwide coverage or authorised-dealer status that has not been established, and it does not replace your statutory rights against us.
SECTION 25 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Website text, design, graphics, photographs, software and other protected material belong to AUDIO BASS LTD or the relevant owners or licensors, as applicable. Manufacturer trademarks and product names remain the property of their respective owners.
You may use the website for legitimate browsing and shopping and may save or print your order information, product information needed for your purchase and these Terms for personal reference. Commercial copying, publication, distribution or exploitation of protected content requires permission unless the law allows it.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of third-party trademarks to us, grants a right we do not hold, or restricts a use that applicable law expressly permits. Contact us if you believe content on our site infringes your rights.
SECTION 26 - CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND COMPLAINTS
For questions about a product, payment, shipment, return or complaint, contact support@audiobass.co.uk or use our contact form. Include your order number where applicable and explain the outcome you are seeking. We may request proportionate information needed to verify the order or assess the issue.
We will review the information and explain the available resolution. If more information or time is needed, we will communicate that rather than treating an enquiry as automatically rejected. A support investigation does not suspend a statutory refund deadline or another obligation imposed by law.
These Terms do not restrict your right to contact an appropriate consumer authority, use a payment-provider dispute procedure, seek independent advice or bring a claim before a competent court. No mandatory arbitration requirement, waiver of legal rights or obligation to withdraw a genuine complaint is created by these Terms.
