Unit price  per

Give your vinyl system a dedicated analogue front end with the Rega Aria MK3. Separate moving-magnet and moving-coil stages provide cartridge flexibility in a compact enclosure, with adjustable MC settings for system matching.

Key Features

  • Dedicated MC stage – parallel low-noise FETs in a compound pair, with no bias current flowing through the cartridge coil.
  • Adjustable MC loading – resistance from 70 to 400 ohms and capacitance from 1000 to 4200 pF to match your cartridge.
  • Self-adjusting servo – keeps the MC input circuit at its optimum point as temperature changes.
  • Carefully built MM stage – low-noise bipolar input transistors, separate power supplies for each channel, and polypropylene capacitors in the signal path.
  • Relay switching – each stage has its own inputs, and switching happens at high level and low impedance to protect signal quality.
  • Aluminum case – screens against radio-frequency interference and matches the rest of Rega's half-width range.

Good to Know

MC input sensitivity can be changed by 6 dB from the back panel, which helps match cartridges with different output levels. If you own a Rega MC cartridge, Rega lists suggested settings of 100 ohms and 1000 pF.
